What is your return policy? 

We do NOT offer refunds unless there is a mistake on our part, the item you received is defective, or item fails to meet the listed TAT. (Most items are made to order or ordered through our manufacturer as soon as you order.) Refunds are NOT valid for reasons such as - changed minds, cancelled trips, life unexpectancies. We DO offer exchanges for different sizes, although we do have the right to decide otherwise.
