What You Earn (Base Level)
All approved Field Team members start with:
- 15% commission on every sale made through your personal link
- A 10% discount code for your followers
- Access to your own affiliate dashboard to track sales and earnings
Commission is tracked automatically through your custom link and code.
Minimum Expectations
This is not a "set it and forget it" program.
To remain active in the Field Team, you are expected to:
- Post about The South Customs at least once per month
- Use your affiliate link and discount code
- Tag @TheSouthCustoms when posting
- Represent the brand in a positive and authentic way
Inactive accounts or affiliates who do not meet expectations may have their link and code disabled.
We keep our team strong, active, and aligned with the brand.

Content Usage & Brand Rights
• By joining the TSC Field Team, you grant The South Customs permission to repost, share, and use any public content featuring our products for marketing purposes. This includes social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• We aim to credit creators whenever possible, but usage rights are granted upon participation in the program.
• Content must accurately represent our products and align with the Southern outdoor lifestyle we stand for.
Quality & Advancement Standards
• The quality of your content directly impacts your growth within the program.
• Clear photos, strong lighting, authentic outdoor settings, and natural brand integration perform best and reflect the brand well.
• Affiliates who consistently create high-quality content, generate engagement, and drive sales will be prioritized for tier upgrades and additional opportunities.
• Growth is based on performance, effort, professionalism, and brand alignment, not just follower count.
Tier Advancement & Rewards
• The Field Team operates on a performance-based growth structure.
• Increased commission percentages, free seasonal gear, exclusive product releases, and Ambassador / Pro Staff status are earned through consistent performance.
• Advancement decisions are made based on sales performance, content quality, engagement, and overall representation of the brand.
Program Integrity & Removal Policy
• Commission is paid on completed, non-refunded orders only.
• Self-purchases, discount abuse, or misuse of brand representation may result in immediate removal.
• We reserve the right to disable affiliate links and codes for inactivity, failure to meet expectations, or misalignment with brand standards.
• Program structure, commission rates, and tier requirements may evolve as The South Customs continues to grow.
Participation Agreement
By applying and participating in the TSC Field Team, you acknowledge and agree to the expectations, commission structure, content usage permissions, and program policies outlined above. Participation does not create an employment relationship. The South Customs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate participation at any time, at its sole discretion.
