Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at customercare@thesouthcustoms.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift Cards
  • Preorders

If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Exchanges 

  • If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • If the exchange is approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your return has been approved, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Refund to original payment method

Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. 

2. Store credit (+5% Bonus)

If you choose store credit, you will receive your original purchase amount plus an additional 5% bonus. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
